Eddy County Sheriff Scott London used that quote from English philosopher Edmund Burke to kickoff the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and Awards Ceremony, hosted by the Eddy County Sheriff’s Department and the Carlsbad Police Department, on Wednesday morning.
