APS presents SRO information to commission

At the request of Commissioner Glenn Collier, Artesia High School Principal Thad Phipps and School Resource Officers Cpl. Larry Horrell and Sgt. Esteban Sepulveda gave a presentation to the Eddy County Commission Tuesday on the Artesia Public Schools’ SRO Program.
