The families of two fallen Indian Country officers, Sgt. Frederick Riggenbach of the Chitimacha Tribal Police Department and Deputy Christopher Dewey of the Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office, receive traditional Native American star quilts and commemorative plaques during the 22nd Annual Indian Country Law Enforcement Memorial Service at the FLETC.
