According to the Rebecca Parmeter, district manager of Crestline, the first apartments are expected to be complete by October or November 2013. Burch spoke to the crowd beforehand, thanking Bunt, the Crestline Building Corporation and everyone involved “in a project that the whole community will be very proud of.” Burch also said Crestline assured that city they will control the dust on the project grounds to the best of their ability.
