Following the investigation of a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning on U.S. 285, the New Mexico State Police have released more information about the victim and the cause of the crash.
The victim of the one-vehicle crash is Albert Cadena, 37, of Alamogordo. According to Capt. Dina Orozco of the NMSP, Cadena was travelling north on Seven Rivers Highway when his silver pickup truck drifted into the median before crashing on the east side of the highway. Once the pickup left the roadway, the vehicle rolled three times before coming to rest on its wheels near mile marker 60 on U.S. 285. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
