It’s been said, “If they sent a lineman to the moon, there wouldn’t be a dark side.” Electric lineworkers put their lives on the line every day. They work with thousands of volts of electricity high atop power lines 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to keep electricity flowing. The U.S. Senate has delcared today National Lineman Appreciation Day, and Central Valley Electric Cooperative would like to say thank you to all electric lineworkers, both past and present.
