Water co‐op to continue rationing to members

Due to water shortages, the Artesia Rural Water
Cooperative has decided to continue rationing its
water to its members for the second year in a row.
The water co-op also said it will not be admitting
any new members for the time being and has
recommended the Menefee subdivision be annexed
