The 14-year-old company Caraveo Burritos Y Salsas, located at 207 W. Hermosa Drive, has expanded, with the Caraveo Sushi Mobile now open for business.

The catering truck’s hours are 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. and 4-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Sundays.

Johnny Caraveo, 26, of Artesia, has ventured out to grow the family-owned business but still branch off on his own, supervising all kitchen staff and carrying the responsibility of training and motivating them.
