ARTESIA — Paws & Claws would like to invite the public to the ribbon cutting of the City of Artesia’s new animal shelter.
The long-awaited shelter will officially be opened at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8. The facility is located behind the Public Safety Complex on West Main Street.
