Construction workers with Jaynes Corporation use a forklift Wednesday afternoon to move a massive steel beam at the site of Artesia’s new public library. Todd Casper, superintendent for the project, said most of the steel work will be wrapped up by the end of next week, and once that’s finished, “things are really going to be moving quickly around here.” Rob Larson – Daily Press
