An Artesia Water Department crew works on a water line break this morning on Richardson Avenue near the Artesia Historical Museum and Arts Center. According to Cammie Agour, a City Warehouse employee, the Water Department had a busy day today thanks to another downed water line on Centre Avenue between First and Second streets.
