ARTESIA — At approximately 1:09 a.m. Sunday, Artesia Police Department officers responded to Domino’s Pizza, 302 S. First St., in reference to a robbery that had just occurred.
The APD reports no deaths, injuries or property damage resulted from the incident. Only money was taken. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
Two subjects wearing dark clothes and masks pointed handguns at the employees, demanding money. The employees were moved to the back, and the suspects left on foot.
Victim and witness statements were collected as well as physical evidence from the scene. Detectives have some leads in the case and will follow up with them, but so far no arrests have been made.
