Crews are hard at work, putting the finishing touches on Buster’s Restaurant, located at 1502 W. Main St., the former location of Tastee Freez and Ruth’s Restaurant. Buster’s is set to open in the coming weeks. According to owners Jasmine and Army Granado, the establishment will be a family-style restaurant offering a variety of home-cooked meals, including everything from Mexican food to American food. In addition, they will offer catering and family dining to go, so busy families can enjoy a family-style meal – such as a pan of enchiladas or lasagna – at home. Staci Guy – Daily Press
