ARTESIA — The Artesia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in its investigation of a kidnapping and assault that took place Friday morning.
Anyone witnessing unusual foot traffic in or out of the Second Chances Thrift Store, 401 W. Quay Ave., between the hours of 7 and 8:30 a.m. Friday is asked to contact the APD at 746-5000 and request to speak to the detectives working the case.
