After the truck turned onto 26th Street, officers allegedly saw Seeley fail to stop for traffic signals and numerous stop signs as they were catching up to the vehicle. Due to the nature of Seeley’s driving, officers suspected that she was operating her vehicle under the influence.
By the time Seeley reached Grand Avenue, APD officers called off the pursuit “due to the driving of the vehicle.”
