Two known felons were arrested Monday by the Artesia Police Department following a brief chase.
According to Sgt. Lindell Smith of the APD, Adrian Gutierrez, 33, and Alfonso Sifuentes, 28, both of Artesia were booked Monday on charges of felon in possession of firearms and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
According to the police report, Gutierrez and Sifuentes, driving an orange Buick, were pulled over at approximately 7:44 p.m. Monday by an APD officer. Once the vehicle pulled over near the corner of Sixth Street and Champ Clark Avenue, the pair exited the vehicle and attempted to escape on foot.

Alfonso Sifuentes isnt going to be charged since when do you get charged for being a victim! The murderer needs to be charged and hopefully soon!!

lets pray that the police do the right thing, because adrian did not have to go around shooting at innocent peoples houses in morningside before this happened ! The sifuentes boy being the driver made things worse for him and may he rest in rip. I am so glad that i dont live in artesia anymore but my family does live in morningside and they didnt have any business shooting at my mom’s house for any reason at all. Thank God she didnt get shot and the bullets missed her while being an innocent person standing outside.

You need to get your facts straight this was two different incidents my brother was not the driver for adrian to shoot at people. You must have him confused with somebody else.
