Sara Torres knows what it’s like to toil in the sweltering mid-day sun on a construction site. She used to build houses with her husband.
But even while she was building houses, in her mind she was building dreams.
After two years of manual labor, Torres finally traded her hammer and nails for retail sales when she opened Coketa, a woman’s clothing and shoe store on 211 W. Main St.
