A preliminary hearing has been set for an Artesia man accused of terrorizing and threatening a woman at gunpoint.
According to an Artesia Police Department report, an officer was dispatched to the 700 block of Champ Clark Ave. on June 9 regarding a domestic dispute.
When he arrived on the scene, he met with a woman who said she had been assaulted inside her apartment.
