Governor Susana Martinez visits a third-grade classroom this morning at Central Elementary School. The governor said she was impressed with the level that the students were reading at. Students told Martinez about how they stay up late reading at night and that most of the students are reading at or well above their grade level. “I’m going to brag about you everywhere I go,” Martinez told the students.
