Eight minors were issued citations on Friday night after the Artesia Police Department was notified of a loud party with juveniles involved.
APD officers were sent to 609 Washington Ave. at around 10:54 p.m. on the night in question and were allowed entry into the house. Upon entering the residence, officers located several individuals between the ages of 18 and 21 who had been drinking. The minors were either tested or admitted to consuming alcohol.
Jessica Caballero, 20, Jacob Cano, 19, Travis Carlo, 19, Raquel Carson, 20, Brayden Dossey, 19, Taeya Havens, 18, Adriana Nayares, 20, and Octavio Nayeres, 19, were arrested at the residence and charged with minor allowing self to be served. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
