Juan Antonio Aguilera, 32, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated fleeing, felon in possession of a firearm, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, stop sign violation, no seatbelt, leaving the scene of an accident, and unlawful use of a license.

Christopher Lugo, of Artesia, found guilty of harassment and dialing 911 to report a false complaint. Total fines and fees $176.
