Raynell A. Dinsmoor, 64, of Artesia, found guilty of criminal trespassing. Total fines and fees $223.

Mikkel Baeza, 28, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for non—jury trial on charges of speeding, no proof of insurance, and expired registration. In a separate action, Baeza was found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 53 days in the Eddy County Detention Center.

Primitibo Rodriguez, 32, of Artesia, scheduled to appear for preliminary examination on charges of breaking and entering, criminal damage to property, battery upon a household member, and deprivation of property of a household member.Charges of battery upon a household member dismissed against Cody Little, 33, of Carlsbad.

Jamar Dickey, 39, of Artesia, found guilty of unlawful use of a license, no proof of insurance, expired registration, and improper equipment. Sentenced to 90 days with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit.

Total fines and fees $939. In a separate action, Dickey was scheduled to appear for three probation violation hearings.

Richardo Franco, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia, improper display of registration plate, and no proof of insurance.

Total fines and fees $618. In a separate action, Franco was scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

Charges of criminal trespassing dismissed against Gregory Estrada, 49, of Artesia.

Brennan Whitzel, 22, of Artesia, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
