Raul Gabriel Delgado, 47, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 16 before Judge D’Ann Read for preliminary examination on charges of criminal sexual contact and criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Juan Morales, 49, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 6 for preliminary examination before Judge Jimmy C. Foster on charges of criminal damage to property and arson.
