Jaqueline Wallace, 25, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 3 for pretrial conference on charges of criminal damage to property.

Manuelito Enrique De La Rosa, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 3 for sentencing on charges of battery against a household member.

Gilbert Chavez, 38, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of battery upon a police officer and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

Charges of residential burglary and larceny dismissed against Mary Morales, 32, of Artesia.

Allen Sanchez, 49, of Carlsbad, found guilty of trespassing and criminal damage to property. Sentenced to one day in ECDC and 182 days with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $176.

Charges of aggravated battery against a household member and assault against a household member dismissed against Jacob A. Medrano, 36, of Carlsbad.

Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving without a license, no proof of insurance, and vehicle subject to registration dismissed against Cara Garrett, 35, of Artesia.

Carlos Campos, 36, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 26 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.

Jennifer Dorado, 36, of Carlsbad, bound over to district court on charges of criminal damage to property.

Charges of harassment dismissed against Caleb Samora, 31, of Artesia.
