Crime Stoppers of Eddy County is currently asking for the public’s help in solving a recent oilfield equipment theft in Carlsbad.

On Aug. 17, Eddy County Sheriff’s Office detectives were contacted by a representative of Tiger Industrial advising that a trailer containing several pieces of oilfield equipment had been taken from a lease location off of Western Refining Road.

The trailer contained two pressure washers and a water tank, and is described as a black, double-axel trailer with an owner-implied number of 170. One pressure washer is black with an owner-implied number of 0405-1 welded under the unit, the second is black with a number of 0313-124 welded on the bottom. The serial number for the motor of the pressure washer is D1006-CA6122.

The estimated value of the stolen items is $35,000.
