A local teen driving illegally was cited for multiple violations in connection with a two-vehicle wreck that occurred Tuesday afternoon at 10th Street and Mahone Drive. The accident occurred around 5:15 p.m. According to the Artesia Police Department, two individuals involved complained of injuries, but no one was transported by EMS from the scene. A 14-year-old driver was issued citations for stop sign violation, no insurance, and driving without a license.
