Chawnee Roark, 28, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 19 for pretrial conference on charges of disorderly conduct. In a separate action, Roark was found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 45 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100.

Brandon Sevier, 18 of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of burglary of a vehicle, two counts of larceny, aggravated burglary, criminal damage to property, conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, possession of burglary tools, and two counts of unlawful carrying of a handgun by a minor.

Rodney Almanza, 49, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 12 for preliminary examination on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, larceny from a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property of a household member, residential burglary, larceny from a building, and criminal damage to property. In a separate action, Almanza was found guilty of open container. Total fines and fees $86. In a separate action, Almanza was scheduled to appear Sept. 5 for pretrial conference on charges of unlawful use of a license.

Vanessa Hernandez, 27, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 13 for pretrial conference on charges of shoplifting (over $250 but less than $500). In a separate action, Hernandez was found guilty of unlawful use of a license. Total fines and fees $231. In a separate action, Hernandez was found guilty of larceny. Sentenced to 55 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $173.

Michael Solt, 64, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 13 for jury trial on charges of unlawful use of a license, vehicle subject to registration, use of plate on another vehicle, and improper equipment. In a separate action, Solt was scheduled to appear for pretrial conference on charges of concealing identity and unlawful use of a license. In a separate action, Solt was scheduled to appear for non—jury trial on charges of expired registration and no proof of insurance. In a separate action, Solt was found guilty of no proof of insurance. Total fines and fees $81.

Francisco Perez, 28, of Roswell, bound over to district court on charges of false imprisonment.

Zane Truog, 26, of Hagerman, found guilty of unlawful use of a license, no proof of insurance, and improper equipment. Total fines and fees $879.

Quanah Lopez, 25, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Christopher Madron, 41, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of receiving stolen property. In a separate action, Madron was found guilty of larceny and three counts of criminal damage to property. Sentenced to 182 days with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $232.

Luis Machuca, 47, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 14 days in ECDC.

Racheal Matta, 37, of Roswell, scheduled to appear Sept. 5 for preliminary examination on charges of shoplifting.

Ryan Tafelski, 41, of Carlsbad, scheduled to appear Sept. 19 for pretrial conference on charges of aggravated DWI and no proof of insurance.
