ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

Judge Marti Minter

Devlin Seth Johnson pleaded guilty to manufacture, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 75 days suspended, and 90 days of supervised probation with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $333.

Neal B. Martinez pleaded no contest to driving on a suspended license. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 86 days suspended. Total fines and fees $129.

Miguel Grado pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and open container. Sentenced to 179 days in jail with 179 days suspended, and one year of supervised probation with the Eddy County Alternative Sentencing Unit. A charge of immediate notice of an accident was dismissed. Defendant is also ordered to complete alcohol screening, DWI School (first offense), community service, and ignition interlock installation. Total fines and fees $553.
