Above, a young girl receives some help tying decorations to her wind mobile this morning at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center during one of the Artesia Arts Council’s Summer Arts Workshops. At right, Layne Coppedge displays his finished product. One final workshop remains and will run from 11 a.m. – noon Tuesday, July 17, at the OPAC. The project will be alcohol ink art.
