The Artesia Community Theatre has begun its annual Brown Bag Theatre series.

Brown Bag Theatres are short plays designed so that audiences can bring a sack lunch and enjoy them over their lunch hour. Performances begin at 12:10 p.m.

The ACT will present three more productions during the month of June, according to the following schedule:

• Wednesday, June 13: Three short Mad Libs (political, army boot camp, and visit to the dentist), featuring Sandy Schuetz and Betty Skinner. Ocotillo Performing Arts Center lobby.

• Friday, June 22: “The Stage Troll,” with Lindsay Waugh, Dippel, Almanza, Dutchover, Kandese Green and Nolan Winters. Artesia Public Safety Complex.

• Wednesday, June 27: “On the Rac(K),” directed by Almanza and starring Dippel, Anguiano, Dutchover, Green and Terpening. Ocotillo Performing Arts Center lobby.
