Charges of receiving or transferring a stolen motor vehicle dismissed against Tabitha S. Dawson, 37, of Artesia.

Kenneth Bowman, 42, of Artesia, found guilty of assault. Total fines and fees $73. In a separate ruling, Bowman was bound over to district court on charges of burglary and larceny.

Kimberly Hammond, 24, of Artesia, found guilty of assault. Sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $73.

Charges of concealing identity, forgery and speeding dismissed against David Ramos, 21, of Artesia.

Gonzalo Rodriguez, 25, of Clovis, bound over to district court on charges of aggravated burglary, two counts of aggravated burglary with a deadly weapon, and larceny.

Gilbert Chavez, 38, of Artesia, scheduled to appear June 27 for pretrial conference on charges of shoplifting and preliminary examination on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Meagan Carter, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of trespassing and assault against a household member. Sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $176.
