Altrusa Club members, from left, Linda Yates, Sue Pemberton, Jeannine Null, Ashley Mason and Maria Chavarria prepare for the feast as the local service organization gets ready to host its 55th Annual Smorgasbord. The smorgasbord will take place from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Park Junior High School cafeteria. The menu will include turkey and/or roast beef, dressing, Swedish slaw, mashed potatoes, vegetables, and a variety of desserts. Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children 12 and under, and may be purchased from any Altrusan, at Aspire Developmental Services or Brown Drug, or at the door. Proceeds will benefit the 20-plus community organizations supported by Altrusa.
