Charges of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, expired registration, no insurance, turn signals required, and driver’s license not in possession were dismissed against Jeremy Wayne Patrom, 31, of Artesia.

Charges of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and concealing identity were dismissed against Robert C. Ponce, 42, of Loving.

Gabriel Chavez, of Artesia, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 60 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $351.

Brandon Brewer, 37, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Charges of attempting to commit a felony, to wit; breaking and entering, and use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend were dismissed against Jason R. Hernandez, 35, of Artesia.

Valente S. Aranda, 31, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 21 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.
