Louisa J. Lara found guilty of accidents involving damage to vehicle and open container of alcohol. Total fines and fees $193. Charges of careless driving, immediate notice of accident, and unlawful use of a license were dismissed per plea agreement.

Manuel D. Huerta III found guilty of unlawful use of a license. Sentenced to seven days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $329.

Kenneth Moberly found guilty of battery. Sentenced to three days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $229.

David Bernal found guilty of shoplifting. Sentenced to 10 days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $129.

Myron T. Soliz found guilty of DWI, reckless driving, and open container. Sentenced to two days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $435. Charges of license not in possession and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
