Bricks lie awaiting installment this afternoon in the new medians and dividers along Texas Avenue between Fourth and Seventh streets. The renovation of the three-block portion of Texas began in April and was originally slated for completion at the end of June. The project experienced several delays but is finally nearing its end, with a tentative opening date set for Dec. 8, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
