Hessler welcomed everyone in attendance on “our first step in a new era, and hopefully, that era is positive going forward. We think it will be. We appreciate Bob’s leadership, and hopefully in the future, we can do a couple more of these things.” “We’re excited about the continued growth of the hospital and what this does for not only the healthcare but what it does for our community and helping bring talent to Artesia,” said Maupin. “The district is proud to support the hospital in those efforts.”
