Adrian Ramon Huertas, 19, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 11 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.

Mark B. Shepherd, 36, of Roswell, scheduled to appear Oct. 4 for sentencing hearing on charges of probation violation.

Martin Kelley, 34, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 11 for pretrial conference on charges of DWI, battery against a household member, following too closely, and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Larry Lambardia, 37, of Pleasanton, Texas, found guilty of failure to pay fines on an unsecured load. Total fines and fees $261.

Ashlie Gage, 21, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation and failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 282 days in ECDC.

Isaac Bishop, 28, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 4 for sentencing hearing on charges of criminal damage to property.

Jessie Marcus Carmona, 29, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Sept. 13 for preliminary examination on charges of resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, possession of a firearm, tampering with evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

John C. Chavez, 40, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 4 for pretrial conference on charges of unlawful use of a license and vehicle subject to registration.

Kenneth Bowman, 42, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Oct. 4 for pretrial conference on charges of assault.

Monica M. Ramirez, 34, of Artesia, found guilty of disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 182 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $73.

Orlando Baeza, 26, of Odessa, Texas, found guilty of two counts of probation violation and two counts of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 206 days in ECDC.

Marcelino Medina found guilty of unlawful use of a license. Sentenced to four days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $229.

William H. Hummel III found guilty of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed, mandatory financial responsibility, and display of current valid registration plate. Total fines and fees $118. A charge of mandatory financial responsibility was dismissed.
