Above, vehicles splash their way along Main Street at the Fifth Street intersection this morning as heavy rains hit the city. The precipitation came down in buckets for a solid half-hour and, with the exception of a few breaks, was still falling lightly but steady at noon. Below, a semi leaves a wave in its wake at the intersection of Main and Sixth.
