ARTESIA MUNICIPAL COURT

Judge Kaye L. Kiper

Renae Vasquez found guilty of three counts of contempt of court, failure to appear on summons for failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 13-and-a-half days in the Artesia Detention Center.

Humberto Ortiz Anchondo found guilty of unlawful use of a license and speeding. Sentenced to 14 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit. Total fines and fees $423.

James L. Hill found guilty of contempt of court, failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation, DWI, and contempt of court, failure to comply with order of the court. Sentenced to 120 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit.
