Candice D. Bernal pleaded guilty to contempt of court, failure to appear. Sentenced to two days in the Artesia Detention Center. Arturo Derek Duarte pleaded no contest to unlawful use of a revoked license and speeding (15-20 mph). Sentenced to 90 days with the ECDC Alternative Sentencing Unit with 83 days suspended and ordered to have an ankle monitor installed by June 27. Total fines and fees $423.
Chadwic O. Wylie pleaded guilty to vagrancy. Sentenced to 90 days in the Artesia Detention Center with 90 days suspended. Total fines and fees $79.
Curtis W. Briscoe pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $54.
