John R. Jackson, 36, of Artesia, bound over to district court on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charges of battery against a household member dismissed against Rojellio Gabaldon, 51, of Artesia.
Danny Murray, 34, of Artesia, found guilty of unlawful use of a license. Sentenced to eight days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $331.
