Above, children in attendance at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center’s Family Fun Night Thursday in Heritage Walkway watch as their stick boats race through the “river” that winds its way between the walkway’s decorative fountains. Kids and adults were able to partake in several activities during the event, which was followed by a screening of “Ghostbusters” to kick off the Artesia Arts Council’s annual Summer Movie Series.
