The Roswell Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect in a Saturday shooting incident that sent one man to the hospital.

The suspect has been identified as 24-year-old Tyler Mazac, and RPD investigators have obtained a warrant for his arrest.

The shooting occurred around 1 a.m. Saturday at a residence in the 1300 block of North Maple Street in west Roswell. The victim, a 33-year-old male, was taken to a local hospital, then airlifted. His current condition is not available.
