Charges of stop sign violation and unlawful use of a license dismissed against Guadalupe J. Ruiz, 23, of Artesia.
Phillip S. Chavez, 22, of Artesia, scheduled to appear May 24 for sentencing on charges of battery against a household member.
Sherry D. Carlton, 43, of Roswell, found guilty of a probation violation. Sentenced to 61 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100.
Crystal Ortigoza, 34, of Artesia, scheduled to appear May 24 for preliminary examination on charges of aggravated assault against a household member, battery against a household member, and negligent use of a deadly weapon.
Samuel Perez, 31, of Hobbs, found guilty of expired registration. Total fines and fees $206.

Luis M. Villar Guerra found guilty of failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to 30 days in the Artesia Detention Center.
Anissa M. Montoya found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Fines and fees were paid in full and defendant was released.
Jason Mullins found guilty of five counts of failure to appear on summons for failure to pay fines. Sentenced to seven-and-a-half days in the Artesia Detention Center.
