Lionel Olivas, 32, of Carlsbad, found guilty of negligent use of a deadly weapon. Sentenced to 182 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $73.
Raphael E. Romero, 46, of Artesia, scheduled to appear May 9 for sentencing on charges of contempt of court.
Tyler L. Rodriguez, 30, of Roswell, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 24 days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $100.
Adela Ponce found guilty of battery against a household member, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia. Sentenced to two years of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $529.
