“The ‘Oh La La’ Dress” by Yeso Elementary School student Alison Green sits on display this morning at the Artesia Public Library as part of Artesia Clean & Beautiful’s annual Eddy County Recycled Art Show. The show features repurposed items created by Artesians from pre-K through adulthood and will be on display through April 1 at the library.
