Anthony Rugg, 27, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Jan. 25 for pretrial conference on charges of concealing identity and a preliminary hearing on charges of residential burglary, tampering with evidence, and possession of burglary tools.
Danial Fulwider, 33, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 1 for a probation violation hearing.
