11-20-artgiftWith the holidays right around the corner, everyone is looking for those unique gifts and one-of-a-kind items. Why not give the gift of the arts?

The Ocotillo Performing Arts Center is offering gift certificates good for any of its services, from show tickets, piano, drum and guitar lessons, group classes, and workshops to its membership program.

“The Artesia Arts Council Inc. is proud of our community and individual offerings,” said Laurie Schotz, executive director of the AAC. “Our hope is that you will find something unique for that special individual on your list.”

The Arts Council is also offering a Holiday Boutique at the OPAC. Local artists and crafters have brought the AAC items to sell to the general public, with a percentage of the proceeds going to allow the nonprofit to keep its doors open for classes, workshops, concerts and programming.

“So in this holiday season, when everyday life gets crazy, get a jump on that list and provide the best gift of the season to friends and family,” said Schotz. “Come to the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center between Black Friday and New Year’s Eve and pick from the many options.

“These purchases will help support our Arts Center and individual artists! A win-win-win! Happy Holidays!”
