Dia de los Muertos at the Artesia Historical Museum, featuring sugar skull decorating, art masks, jewelry, scratcher ornaments, chalk art, selfie stations, and refreshments. Costumes encouraged.

4-5 p.m.

Halloween Family Fun at the Artesia Public Library, featuring games for candy, crafts, story corner and refreshments. Come in costume and be entered to win books and other prizes.

5-7 p.m.

Trick-or-Treat MainStreet in downtown Artesia, featuring trick-or-treating at local merchants, a costume contest at Yum Yum Yogurt, and a Fourth Street block party with DJ Drowzzzy Drew.

2 and 8:30 p.m.

The Ocotillo Comedy Troupe presents “Sleepy Hollow: The Musical” at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center. Come in costume at 8:30 p.m. for a chance to win a free season ticket. Tickets are available online at www.artesiaartscouncil.com or at the OPAC box office.
