Fletcher was nominated by Bryant for the award. Community Heroes Awards commemorate actions taken by community leaders and businesses to support and advance domestic violence advocacy in order to help make their communities better, safer places for all.

Community Heroes offer encouragement to their local domestic violence service providers and promote domestic violence awareness within their communities. The NMCAD and Grammy’s House are proud to honor Fletcher for his volunteerism and commitment to serve and protect victims and survivors, and end domestic violence.
